What Happens After You Call
You call (615) 413-4734 and talk to someone who can tell you, roughly, what's wrong before a truck ever leaves the yard - a door that won't budge off a double torsion spring sounds different over the phone than one with a bent track or a dead opener board. Most of the houses we work on around here went up between 1958 and 2005, with the bulk of the stock dating to the 1980s and 90s across the thirteen or so named sections of town, so a lot of what we see is original hardware on doors that have been painted over a few times but never serviced. We work the Hendersonville area itself and out toward Green Hill, Goodlettsville, with jobs further out toward Millersville, Mount Juliet, and White House depending on the day. When you call, we're trying to figure out if this is a same-day spring or cable job, a track alignment, or something that needs a part ordered - and we'll tell you which one it looks like before we ask you to commit to anything.
Who You Are Dealing With
We're a garage door repair outfit based at 177 E Main St in Hendersonville, working on the kind of cold-climate door hardware that sits through real winters here - springs and rollers that see enough temperature swing in a Tennessee cold-moderate climate to matter for how often they fail. That's most of what we fix: broken torsion and extension springs, off-track doors, worn rollers, opener sensors and boards, cables that have frayed off the drum. We don't run a call center that dispatches to five counties; the area we cover runs from Green Hill in close, out through Goodlettsville, Millersville, to the edges near White House and Mount Juliet. If you want to know more about what we do before calling, the site itself is at /.
